Green Avocado and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 pear, cored
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds, soaked for 5 minutes
- 4 to 5 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
In addition to Bromelain and essential fatty acids, this smoothie is rich vitamin K, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.
